The Moo Award The Moo Award is given to web sites which live up to the highstandards of the Holy Cow. The Holy Cow is responsible for the selection of sites to be given the award. One does not need to have a page devoted entirely to cows to recieve the award, but it certainly helps. The Holy Cow actively searches for sites, but if your site is not very, very easy to find then you will need to apply yourself.
